Our pole program is all about progression, empowerment, and fun. We offer both private and group pole classes with clear leveling to support every mover, from complete beginners to experienced dancers.

Aerial Arts (Lyra + Hammock)

Experience the magic of flight with our aerial hoop (lyra) and hammock classes. These classes build core strength, body awareness, and grace in a safe, supportive environment.

  • Lyra Hoop: Learn mounts, poses, transitions, and eventually dynamic sequences as you progress.

  • Aerial Hammock: Great for flow, flexibility, and core control — with styles ranging from restorative to more active.

  • Beginner-Friendly: No prior experience or upper body strength required — we meet you where you are.

Kids Movement & Aerial

Our youth classes introduce kids to the joy of movement in a safe, creative space.

  • Kids Aerial (Lyra & Hammock): These classes teach strength, balance, and focus in a playful, encouraging way.

  • Seasonal Pop-Ups & Camps: Keep an eye out for fun themed classes and events tailored for kids of all ages.

Belly Dance

Yoga
